Om rollen
Vi søger en engageret og dygtig fagperson, der brænder for proaktivt at støtte linjeledelsen med teknisk, organisatorisk og proceduremæssig vejledning.
Med reference til vores konstruktionschef bliver du en del af et kompetent team, der sikrer, at alle nødvendige støttefunktioner er på plads for at holde byggeprojektet kørende. Klar kommunikation og strukturerede processer vil være afgørende, når vi arbejder sammen om at bygge fremtidens hospital.

Dine primære ansvarsområder

• Sikre, at vi og vores serviceudbydere prioriterer trivsel og sikkerhed både på byggepladsen og i kontormiljøer.
• Overvåge og evaluere entreprenørernes QHSE-præstation gennem audits, inspektioner og KPI’er for at sikre overholdelse af gældende regler, standarder og projektkrav.
• Gennemgå og give feedback på entreprenørers QHSE-dokumenter, herunder H&S-planer, RAMS, QMS og miljøplaner.
• Undersøge hændelser, ulykker, nærved-hændelser og kvalitetsobservationer for at identificere grundårsager og implementere forebyggende foranstaltninger.
• Udnytte data til at forbedre arbejdsmetoder på byggepladsen og sikre løbende forbedringer inden for sikkerhed, kvalitet og miljøstandarder.
• Rapportere regelmæssigt til konstruktionschefen om implementering og præstation af QHSE.
• Identificere og minimere risici i byggeriet ved at anvende safe-by-design-principper og vurdere nye teknologier for bygbarhed og driftsegnethed.

Erfaring

• Minimum 7 års erfaring i en lignende QHSE-rolle på byggeprojekter.
• Solid QHSE-viden med praktisk erfaring i at sikre sikkerhed og overholdelse på byggepladser.
• Indgående forståelse af OHS-risici og arbejdsmiljøstyring i byggebranchen.
• Evne til at læse og fortolke tekniske tegninger med en stærk teknisk forståelse.
• Erfaring med Dalux.
• Viden om ”best practices” for sikre arbejdsmetoder gennem hele byggeprocessen - fra etablering af byggepladsen til overdragelse og drift.
• Dokumenteret erfaring inden for både projektledelse og linjeledelse.
• Erfaring med at arbejde i mangfoldige og internationale teams i komplekse projektmiljøer.
• Erfaring med store (over 50.000 kvm) eller komplekse projekter (hospitaler, lufthavnsterminaler, farmaceutiske anlæg, datacentre eller lignende) er en fordel.

Kvalifikationer og kompetencer

• AMK-B eller AMK-P-certificering er påkrævet.
• Yderligere certificeringer såsom PMP (Project Management Professional) eller QM-certificeringer er en fordel.
• Flydende engelsk, skriftligt og mundtligt - rollen indebærer skriftlige rapporter og mundtlig kommunikation på engelsk.
• Struktureret og organiseret, med evnen til at håndtere flere opgaver samtidig og bevare overblik.
• Fleksibel kommunikatør, der forstår behovet for forskellige kommunikationsmetoder afhængigt af målgruppen—fra byggepladsarbejdere til projektledere og eksterne interessenter.
• Detaljeorienteret, med en stærk evne til at sikre retning og sammenhæng på tværs af projektteams.
• Proaktiv problemløser - ser risici forud og handler før de bliver til virkelighed.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår
Løn og ansættelsesvilkår vil være i overensstemmelse med gældende overenskomster, med mulighed for at forhandle tillæg for kvalifikationer.
Arbejdspladsen er beliggende på Bispebjerg Hospital, Bispebjerg Bakke, 2400 København NV.
Arbejdstiden er 37 timer per uge.

About the role
We are looking for a committed and skilled professional who is passionate about proactively empowering line management with technical, organizational, and procedural guidance.

Reporting to our construction manager, you will be part of a highly skilled team that ensures all essential support services are in place to keep the construction project running smoothly. Clear communication and structured processes will be key as we work together to build a hospital for the future.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure that we and our service providers prioritize wellbeing and safety on-site and in site offices.
• Monitor and evaluate contractors' QHSE performance through audits, inspections, and KPIs, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Review and provide feedback on contractors' QHSE documents, including H&S plans, RAMS, QMS, and environmental plans.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, near-misses, and quality observations to identify root causes and implement preventive actions.
• Leverage data to enhance site practices, driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Report regularly to the construction manager on QHSE implementation and performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks in construction, applying safe-by-design principles and assessing new technologies for constructability and operability.

About you

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar QHSE role on construction projects.
• Strong QHSE knowledge with hands-on experience ensuring safety and compliance on construction sites.
• In-depth understanding of OHS hazards and risk management in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with a solid technical foundation.
• Proficiency in Dalux.
• Knowledge of best practices for safe working methods throughout the construction process—from site work to handover and facility management.
• Proven track record in both project management and line management.
• Experience working with diverse, international teams in complex project environments.
• Experience with large (above 50,000 sqm) or complex (hospitals, airport terminals, pharmaceutical, data center, or similar) projects is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

• AMK-B or AMK-P certification required.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or QM certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken—the role involves writing reports and conducting verbal communication in English.
• Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining clarity and focus.
• Adaptable communicator—understands the need for different communication methods depending on the audience, from site workers to project managers and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to maintain alignment and direction across project teams.
• Proactive problem-solver—anticipates risks and takes action to prevent issues before they arise.
• Ability to support solution development, ensuring alignment between organizational needs and supply chain requirements under the guidance of the construction manager.
• Practical approach to assessing and applying the organization's needs effectively.

Salary and conditions for employment
The salary and conditions for the employment will be according to current trade agreements, with the possibility for negotiating supplements for qualifications.

The workplace is located at Bispebjerg Hospital, Bispebjerg Bakke, 2400 Copenhagen NV.

Working hours are 37 hours per week.
