Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced photographer & videographer proficient in Chinese and Korean to join our startup. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional experience capturing high-quality photos and videos, demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong understanding of social media management. This role combines creativity and technical expertise to produce visually compelling content and grow our social media presence. The candidate must have basic English communication skill and willlingly to relocate to Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, capture, and edit high-quality photographs and videos for a wide range of projects, including events, promotional content, advertising and social media campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) to edit and enhance photos and videos content.
- Collaborate with various brands to conceptualize creative content and storytelling elements that align with brand objectives.
- Create, manage, and maintain the company's social media profiles, curating engaging content to boost audience interaction, visibility, and brand recognition.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, track key metrics, and optimize content based on performance insights.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients to ensure creative visions are met while managing projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technology, and social media best practices to ensure innovative content and engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a photographer/videographer.
- Languages: Proficiency in Chinese and Korean, both spoken and written, is required. English for basic communication is prefered.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in video and photo editing. Mastery of photography and videography equipments.
- Social Media Management: Proven experience running and growing social media profiles for brands or clients.
- Creativity & Adaptability: Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with an adaptable approach to content creation.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Masters' degree in Photography, Film, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the related industry.
- Social media content management experience in RED or Wechat.
