As GE HealthCare's new Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a team of 6 specialists, responsible for processing and shipping sales and service orders to subsidiaries and distributors worldwide. You'll play a central role in ensuring swift and professional service delivery, with a particular focus on order fulfillment for your designated countries. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to achieving service excellence through teamwork and knowledge sharing. Based in their Herlev headquarters and reporting to the Sales Operations Manager anchored under the CCO area, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their operational and commercial success.

Your typical tasks will include:

  • Order fulfillment for: Sales orders (systems and non-systems) - Service orders (repairs/replacements).
  • Demo orders/Fair orders.
  • Coordinate shipments worldwide with our global logistics partners.
  • Full responsibility for own countries in close collaboration with local Sales Operations counterparts and distributors.
  • Coordination with purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance departments.
  • Preparation and management of various documents, bookings, and customer communication.
  • Handling of letter of credit and invoicing.

Your professional background:

You bring a relevant degree or min. 3 years of experience from a customer function, and you have:

  • Strong proficiency in order management in a global company.
  • Extensive experience working with complex IT-systems including MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and CRM (preferably Salesforce).
  • Fluency in both Danish and English both written and verbally.
  • Experience with letters of credit and international shipping is a plus.
  • Accustomed to working in a busy, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Able to multitask effectively and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Experience from the MedTech or a similar highly regulated industry is a plus.
