V.O.S ‘Vision of Scandinavia’ is a highly qualified incoming tour operator specializing in leisure round-trips to Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltics and Poland.

We are looking for someone to join our Spanish speaking Group department.
Full proficiency in Spanish & Portuguese. English is also a must.

YOUR ROLE
The main functions of these roles will be achieving successful sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring in new business and handle the current inquiries
  • Product development and targeted market growth
  • Plan and operate all travel arrangements in close cooperation with clients and suppliers
  • Handle groups from sales until operational stage and help with operations when needed
  • Create relevant, timed and priced itineraries using different tools available
  • Maximize profit margins on groups and sell additional services whenever possible.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates, liaising with the Contracting department when necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Perform sales and operations effectively and accurately
  • Oral and written proficiency in the Spanish & Portuguese language. English is a must. Proficiency in 3 languages or more is an advantage
  • Destination knowledge – Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltics and Poland
  • Creative and innovative with ability to identify and develop new tourism packages
  • Preferably, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • We are looking for self-motivated people with a confident approach. You would need aptitude to work under pressure and be flexible to work an extended schedule during the high season with no holiday from May-August.
