We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning services at multiple locations in the Copenhagen area. In this role, you will be involved in the daily cleaning operations while also maintaining an overview of the team’s performance and ensuring the highest quality standards. Working alongside several cleaning assistants and in close cooperation with your manager, you will play a key role in operating and developing the team.
Your Responsibilities
Daily hands-on cleaning duties
Supervising and quality-assuring the team's cleaning work
Maintaining close communication and follow-up with clients
Training and supporting new cleaning assistants
Conducting quality inspections at client sites and following up on results

We Expect You To:
Have several years of experience in commercial cleaning, preferably including supervisory responsibilities and client communication
Be able to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a strong focus on quality
Be able to understand, read, and speak both Danish and English
Hold a valid driving licence
Please note that a clean criminal record and child protection certificate are required for this position.
